Our service duration is flexible — most clients choose between 2 and 3 hours, but we’ll happily tailor this to your event schedule.

You can select from our signature range or request additional flavours to match your event theme or menu. We’re always happy to accommodate and be flexible.

We recommend booking as early as possible — especially for summer and wedding season — but we’ll always do our best to accommodate last-minute requests.

Our setup is fully self-contained. It helps us to have access to power and be stationed in the shade, however these aren’t necessary as we have a power generator.

Of course! We can customise signage, setup style, and even ice cream flavours to suit your event’s look or corporate branding.
